About Me
My aim is to get to know you before your wedding and so when the big day arrives I am not a stranger and it’s like a good friend is taking your wedding photographs!
During the many years that I have been a photographer I have photographed at all kinds of venues, from cathedrals to castles, marquees to barns and grand stately homes to stone circle ceremonies – Every wedding is different and each couple’s love story is different! That is what I LOVE about this job – story telling through great imagery!
I take time prior to your wedding to get to know more about you and your wedding plans. I view it as an honour to be invited to your wedding and to share in such a personal experience with you! You are entrusting your wedding memories in me and so it is important for me to be highly organised and know all the ins and outs of your special day. Organisation and Communication are key to me throughout the whole process. So from the initial enquiry you make to me to when I hand over your wedding memories to you I want you to have an amazing experience and a great service!
Cumbria has always been home for me. I currently live very close to the World Famous Gretna Green a mecca for elopement weddings!
Many clients locally come back year after year to me as I am known as a family photographer – I have a Garden Studio at my home close to Gretna where I enjoy photographing families, newborn and children.
If I am not photographing weddings you can find me gardening, travelling and enjoying time with my husband and two grown up girls.
